Fashion Find: Springs in Soho!

Springs in Soho

My fellow fashionistas…Spring 2013 cometh!!! Yes…It’s here! One of the best things about Spring, is you can start airing out those dresses you’ve been dying to wear, but couldn’t, all winter! And if you are like us, freshening up with new pieces is always an option. For me personally, I LOVE a good vintage find because its a great way to bring new meaning to reinvention without breaking the bank. Which brings me to this FABULOUS dress I found on Etsy.

Rogue Girl Vintage, an Etsy shop, is selling this amazingly amazing frock for…wait for it…$34 (Purchase here). That’s a huge steal! Want a style option? Here’s one, out of the vast spectrum of possibilities.

Nautical dress from Springs in Soho

One of the best features of the dress is, its mix of print, bold red and subtle blue trims. Though, the dress is a focal piece in itself, don’t let that hold you back from taking bold to the next level. Here we’ve paired it with a green belt, to cinch in and bring attention to the gorgeous waistline and decided to play on the blue by adding a blue cocktail ring. Earrings are kept simple, but again a pop of color like a yellow, which will accentuate that red in the dress. Now that we have the colors of the rainbow, we made sure to keep the bag and shoes at a neutral tone, which aids in cohesion.

So mavens, pull those dresses out, head to your local coffee spot and make like you spend Springs in Soho!

Cute dress! I wish I was a little taller to wear something like that. I also love that bag in the picture too.

I could not pull off those red polka dots, but I love the blue striped detailing at the bottom + that bag is ah-mazing!

I am so excited to break my dresses out and start wearing them again. I’m not a big dress person but for some reason in spring, I can’t stop wearing them. perhaps it is because it is the first time I get the chance to and I jump on every opportunity.

I am Queen of a fabulous dress! My body showcases better in dresses than anything else so I really look forward to spring/summer. I’ve actually been thinking about documenting my daily dresses for my blog so that sales women can see that we should be sales personalities! Love the post.
